 Our friend, Natalie, came all the way from South Slocan to tell us the tale of the great wild salmon. Natalie used her puppet salmon to read a story about their life cycle, then she used beautiful felted mats and figures to illustrate how valuable the salmon is to our environment.
Natalie will be back in a few weeks to play a salmon game with us and tea Thank you to Volunteer Firefighters Jessica, Andrew, Ian and David, and to farmers and friends who made this a fabulous fall morning at the Centre.
